1.把各种面粉放入盆中。

2.加入小苏打。

6.锅内烧开水,加入一勺食盐。

9.小香葱切碎。

10.把茼蒿和葱花倒入盆中。

11.加入盐和五香粉,用手反复抓紧,让茼蒿的沾满面粉。

12.和面团之前,要看看需要多少水。先吃饭去了用手使劲攥一攥,一点一点的加水,边加边攥,不要一次加多了。

13.面团能够揉到一起就行了,玉米面没有筋性,成团即可。

14.盖上盖子醒发15分钟。

15.醒发好后取一块面团攥紧揉圆,如果粘手可以蘸点水,我今天和的面团刚刚好,一点也不粘手。

16.笼屉中铺上油纸,把面团揉匀后用拇指边转边顶出一个坑,做成窝头形状。

17.做好的窝头摆入笼屉中,很可爱的样子。

18.大火蒸15分钟,关火后焖2分钟。
